Maria Elena Bello, born April 18th, 1967 was an American actress, producer and writer. Permanent Midnight (1998) and Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2006), The Cooler (2004), A History of Violence (2006), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013). Lights Out (2016). Bello was a major player on TV as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998) and with other roles that were starring, like Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath, and Jacqueline Sloane in the first season of Goliath, a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. Bello was born April 18, 1967 in Norristown Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Kathy who was a school nurse and teacher, and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a poor, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In political science, Bello majored at Villanova University. After graduating, Bello honed her acting abilities in several New York theater productions. Bello together with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. [18] She wrote about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. The book she wrote was published.
